Il nostro aceto balsamico è speciale, lo si capisce già dal suo colore viola intenso, ed è il risultato di anni di sperimentazione che continua ancora oggi. Il processo produttivo è lungo e la maturazione in barriques, che in precedenza ospitavano il nostro vino Indelebile, è indispensabile per ottenere la particolare sensazione gustativa che lo contraddistingue. Il nostro aceto è poco acido, piuttosto dolce e molto gradevole al palato. 
Non contiene zuccheri aggiunti ed è ottenuto solo da uve della varietà Ancellotta, caratteristica che lo rende estremamente digeribile e apprezzato da grandi e piccini.
 
L'acidità molto contenuta non è mai invadente e lo rende perfetto abbinato a verdure fresche, carne e perché no, anche le fragole. L'aceto balsamico può essere utilizzato a crudo, oppure aggiunto dopo la cottura, soprattutto se utilizzato per esaltare il sapore di carni rosse, pesce alla griglia o maiale.
Perfetto per piatti gourmet.

Our balsamic vinegar is special, you can already tell by its deep purple colour, and is the result of years of experimentation that continues to this day. The production process is long and the maturation in barriques, which previously housed our Indelebile wine, is indispensable to achieve the special taste sensation that sets it apart. Our vinegar is low in acid, rather sweet and very pleasant on the palate.
It contains no added sugar and is obtained only from grapes of the Ancellotta variety, a characteristic that makes it extremely digestible and appreciated by young and old alike.
 
The very low acidity is never intrusive and makes it perfect with fresh vegetables, meat and why not, even strawberries. Balsamic vinegar can be used raw, or added after cooking, especially when used to enhance the flavour of red meat, grilled fish or pork.
